Merchant Accounts
A merchant account allows you to accept credit cards. You will want this if you don't already have an account.

PayPal
has no monthly fees and was originally designed for person-to-person transactions
like those on eBay. You can use PayPal for your merchant accoun. This
is a great way to get started and test the waters. But some will be offput
by a PayPal shopping cart. It's a dead giveaway of a small operation.
Nevertheless, this is a great service that can save you all those annoying
monthly service fees. It's a free credit card acceptance servicesave
for a modest fee for each transaction. Feel
free to demo it by paying me.

Be sure to tell 'em that Scott See sent you.
Do NOT sign any leases, or non-cancelable contracts. Bob is one of the few that will show you how to do this.
I recommend asking the companies listed on the gateway page for merchant account provider recommendations. You will want to shop around for the best rates.
